LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has received an invitation to the Indian Premier League (IPL) final.
According to Reports, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will take the final decision on Chairman Mohsin Naqvi’s visit to India or not. The IPL final is scheduled for May 31 in the Indian city of Ahmedabad.
On the other hand, according to the cricket website, the International Cricket Council (ICC) meetings will be held in two phases this month. The virtual meeting of the ICC Chief Executive Committee will be held on May 21, while the ICC Board meeting will be held in the Indian city of Ahmedabad on May 30 and 31.
The ICC Board meeting is being held on the occasion of the IPL final, and PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi is scheduled to attend the board meeting.
The cricket website has reported that, according to the current situation, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi’s participation in the meeting in Ahmedabad is unlikely.
