Shadab Khan joins Desert Vipers for Global Super League 2026

LAHORE: Pakistan’s star all-rounder Shadab Khan has been included in the franchise Desert Vipers’ team for the Global Super League 2026.

According to media reports, the Global Super League will be held from July 23 to August 1 at the Providence Stadium in Guyana, where players from all over the world will be seen in action.

Apart from Shadab Khan, the Desert Vipers squad also includes prominent players like New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell, West Indies’ Kyle Meyers, and America’s Andrew Goss, while the team will be led by Chris Green.

This will be Shadab Khan’s first participation in the Global Super League; however, he has extensive experience of playing in various T20 leagues around the world, which is expected to give the team significant strength.

The 27-year-old Shadab Khan has played several T20 matches so far and is capable of showing outstanding performance in both batting and bowling.

Cricket experts believe that the inclusion of Shadab Khan will make Desert Vipers a strong and balanced team in the Global Super League.
