LAHORE: Players of Lahore Qalandars have reportedly been found violating security protocols during Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11.
According to the report, team captain Shaheen Shah Afridi and all-rounder Sikandar Raza reportedly violated security protocols by not following the instructions of security personnel and allowing four guests to stay in their hotel rooms for almost two and a half hours.
The issue has been raised by authorities, as DIG Operations Lahore, Faisal Kamran, has written a formal letter to PSL authorities regarding this serious violation of security protocols.
Tight security arrangements are usually in place during PSL matches to ensure the security of players, officials, and spectators, and therefore, such violations raise a serious concern.
