U-19 World Cup: Mohammad Shian ruled out after injury

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani team suffered a major setback during the U-19 World Cup, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Shian was ruled out of the World Cup.

According to the details, Mohammad Shian was injured when a fast bowler hit his nose during a practice match. Mohammad Shian was immediately rushed to the hospital after being hit by the ball.

The X-ray report confirmed a fractured nasal bone, and the PCB said that Mohammad Shian’s participation in the ICC U-19 World Cup was not possible.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, a replacement for Mohammad Shian will be announced soon. It should be remembered that the important match between the Pakistan and India U-19 teams will be played on February 1.
