Islamabad weather: Capital to witness rainfall today

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has forecast rain and thunderstorms on Saturday in the capital city and its surrounding areas.

Heavy rainfall is expected in several areas of the country with gusty winds and hailstorms as per the Met Office.

The maximum temperature recorded today ranges up to 35 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature expected in the evening will range up to 25 degrees Celsius.

The humidity level in the federal capital ranges between 50 to 54% with light wind blowing in the northwest direction at a speed of 14 km/h. Whereas, the chance of precipitation is up to 15% today.
