Lahore, Punjab weather forecast: more rain in the city

LAHORE – More intermittent rains and gusty winds are predicted in Lahore and Punjab on Wednesday evening/night, Thursday, and Friday.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a westerly wave prevails over Pakistan’s upper and central parts.

Under these weather conditions, more intermittent rain-wind/thunderstorms are predicted in Rawalpindi, Murree, Galyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Khushab, Sargodha and Mianwali on Wednesday evening/night and the following two days. Gusty/dust-raising winds with isolated showers are likely in Dera Ghazi Khan, Bahawalpur, Rajanpur, Rahimyar Khan, Muzaffargarh, and Multan during the evening/night.

Lahore’s maximum temperatures will likely stay between 37-39°C on Thursday and Friday.
