PMD forecast another spell of rain in twin cities

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain and thunderstorms for twin cities Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and various regions across the country, bringing much-needed relief from the prevailing heat.

The most recent PMD bulletin states that on Thursday, showers and thunderstorms are predicted in Islamabad and the adjacent areas.

Rain-windstorms/thunderstorms occurred in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Pothohar region, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. Hot and dry weather prevailed over other parts of the country.
