The fire department described the fire as a fourth-degree fire, which has been under control for several hours.
The death toll from the fire has risen to 36, while officials have said that 29 people have been injured, including a firefighter, and some firefighters who were trying to control the fire have also been injured.
Authorities say that 279 people are missing from the residential blocks affected by the fire.
According to police, several people are still trapped in the building, and efforts are underway to evacuate them. About 700 people have been moved to temporary shelters.
According to reports, the residential complex consists of 8 blocks, each building is 31 stories high and has a total of about 2,000 apartments and about 5,000 people living here.
