ABU DHABI: A crackdown has been launched against those spreading rumors on social media in Abu Dhabi.

According to foreign media, Abu Dhabi Police is cracking down on those spreading rumors on social media.

According to reports, the police have arrested 375 people for spreading misinformation and rumors. These people are accused of making videos of various places and spreading misleading information.

It should be noted that the United Arab Emirates has previously prohibited citizens from spreading rumors about the losses caused by Iranian attacks.
