Eid-ul-Fitr 2024: Check list of countries celebrating Eid on April 10

ISLAMABAD: Ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations, countries including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Australia and Kuwait have officially announced that Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on April 10, 2024.

This announcement is a source of joy and excitement for the Muslim communities of these regions. On the occasion of the end of Ramadan.

Joining these countries, Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Egypt, and Yemen have also aligned with the dates announced by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Australia, and Kuwait for Eid celebrations.

Additionally, the Philippines and Malaysia along with Australia are among the countries that are preparing to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on April 10, 2024.

The uniform proclamation of Eid al-Fitr dates among these diverse nations highlights the spiritual significance and communal essence of the festival, which brings Muslims together in joyful celebration and reflection.

However, it is important to note that in Pakistan, the official declaration of Eid al-Fitr is pending until the moon is sighted. The Hilal Committee will determine whether Eid will be on April 10 or April 11 based on the sighting of the moon.
