Erdogan praises Pakistan role in regional ceasefire

ANKARA: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that the war in the region has stopped due to the efforts of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, this ceasefire should be seen as an opportunity for peace.

Addressing the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, the Turkish President said that we will continue our efforts for peace in the region, the Strait of Hormuz should be completely opened for commercial ships.

The Turkish President further said that any problem can be solved through diplomacy, Turkey is ready to host talks for lasting peace in the Middle East, including a summit of world leaders.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan further said that the balance of power in the world is changing, the genocide in Gaza shows who the international system is trying to save.

He said that the international community should stand against Israel’s expansionist policies, the entire world is suffering from instability due to Israeli expansionist policies.
