PM Shehbaz approves major diesel price cut to provide public relief

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has approved a significant reduction in diesel prices as part of efforts to provide relief to the public.

According to details, the prime minister approved a decrease of Rs32.12 per litre in diesel prices. Following the reduction, the price of diesel has dropped from Rs385.54 to Rs353.43 per litre.

The premier said that the government is committed to passing on the benefits of reduced oil prices to the public as quickly as possible. He emphasized that providing relief to citizens remains a top priority.

Officials added that efforts are underway to ensure that the impact of lower fuel prices reaches the masses without delay.
