PM Shehbaz Sharif departs for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkiye

Pakistan Intensifies Diplomacy Amid Middle East Tensions, PM to Visit China from May 23

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has left for an important official visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkiye, which will continue from April 15 to 18.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Atta Tarar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi are also part of the delegation.

During the visit, the Prime Minister will hold meetings with the leadership of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which will discuss bilateral relations, investment, and regional peace and security.

The Prime Minister will also attend the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey, where he is expected to meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and other world leaders.

During the visit, the Prime Minister is scheduled to meet Mohammed bin Salman to discuss matters of mutual interest and bilateral cooperation.

The visit is expected to focus on strengthening diplomatic, economic, and strategic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

After Saudi Arabia, the Prime Minister will also pay an official visit to Qatar. Sources say that the Prime Minister of Pakistan will meet the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
