TEHRAN: Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has stated that Tehran does not seek war but will not abandon its “legitimate rights,” according to a statement carried by state media.
In the statement, Khamenei was quoted as saying that even after all the tensions, the Iranian nation would continue to defend its sovereign right. He was categorical in stating that any diplomacy would not mean conceding their rightful place to anybody.
The Iranian leader also highlighted the importance of the “resistance front,” referring to a network of allied regional groups, and described it as a unified force working toward common objectives.
