Plane crashes during emergency landing in Mexico
MEXICO: A plane crashed in Mexico while attempting a banked landing, Seven dead.
The crash reportedly occurred in the industrial area of San Mateo Atenco, about 5 kilometers from Toluca Airport and 50 kilometers west of Mexico City.
The plane, which had taken off from the Pacific coastal city of Acapulco, crashed into the roof of a warehouse while attempting to land at a football field, sparking a massive fire.
Video of the plane crash has also been released. There were 8 passengers and 2 crew members on board the private plane. Authorities have begun investigating the accident.
