NEW DELHI: The truth behind the viral video of a person resembling Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media has come to light.
A video is going viral on social media these days, claiming that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is getting a facial massage from a woman.
This short video clip was shared on various platforms with misleading captions, which created the impression among users that the person seen in the video is really Narendra Modi.
Some well-known personalities and social activists also participated in spreading this video, including Indian professor Madhu Kishor, who shared this clip from his account.
However, a fact check has proven that this claim is completely false. The person seen in the video is not Prime Minister Modi, but a common citizen who resembles him.
The woman seen in the video has been identified as Instagram influencer “Pradeep Kaur Dhillon”, who made this video with her husband.
The woman has clarified that her husband is present in the video and that it was made solely for entertainment purposes, which is now being distorted and circulated.
