MG Motor Pakistan paunches all new MG HS with hybrid variants

ISLAMABAD: MG Motor Pakistan has officially launched its new car, the All-New MG HS, in Pakistan. With this launch, the company has also introduced two new variants of Hybrid Plus and Super Hybrid.

The launch ceremony was held at the plant in Lahore where the company highlighted the design and technology of the new car. According to the company, not only has the exterior design been completely modernized in the new MG HS, but the interior has also been made more comfortable and equipped with technology.

On this occasion, Mr. Shao, CEO of MG Motor Pakistan, said that the company is committed to providing customers in Pakistan with modern and better vehicle options. Since 2020, MG has been playing a significant role in the promotion of new energy vehicles in Pakistan and now this pace will be further accelerated.

Two different technologies have been added to the new series. The Hybrid Plus model further enhances the traditional hybrid experience, while the Super Hybrid model is a plug-in hybrid that is capable of traveling up to 135 kilometers on battery power alone. This feature makes it unique from other vehicles.

According to a representative of SAIC Motor, Pakistan is an important market for them. Due to the increasing solar energy and environmental changes in the country, the demand for electric and hybrid vehicles is increasing, seeing which the company is further strengthening its presence.
