ISLAMABAD: To provide relief to the disadvantaged segments of society, the government has increased the budgetary allocations for the BISP to Rs593 billion, registering a 29 percent increase as compared to the previous year.
This was revealed during Federal Minister of Finance and Revenue Muhammad Aurangzeb’s budget statement to the National Assembly on Wednesday.
