EasyPaisa records outstanding results in QI 2026

ISLAMABAD: Easypaisa Bank showed outstanding performance for its first quarter results of 2026. The bank provided its results from Pakistan operations during the three months ending on March 31 of 2026.

The bank earned a profit of 3.66 billion PKR before paying taxes to the government. The figure showed a 4.4x increase from the previous year. The bank posted a profit of 1.49 billion PKR after paying taxes.

The company achieved earnings of Rs. 2.47 per share. Revenue increased by 24% because more customers adopted digital services. The bank raised its loan disbursement while increasing its treasury operation activities.

The company generated additional income from its payment, load, and bundle service offerings. The company attained better profitability because of its reduced credit losses.

The bank experienced higher operational costs because it dedicated funds to its expansion efforts. The bank successfully generated strong revenue, which allowed it to balance its expenses.

The bank experienced a 52% increase in customer deposits, which reached a total of 153.4 billion PKR. The organization achieved total assets worth 217.6 billion PKR.

The bank demonstrated its ability to maintain both liquidity reserves and capital resources. The organization achieved a capital adequacy ratio of 21.27%.

The rate of non-performing loans remained at a low level of 3.03%. The bank maintained a strong coverage ratio, which stood at 164%. The bank extended its services to include more than 22 million users who access its platform each month.

The bank experienced growth because of its successful execution and established customer trust, according to management. The bank maintained its commitment to digital innovation and financial access initiatives throughout Pakistan.
