ISLAMABAD: All of a sudden, prices of gold in Pakistan turned around after witnessing a drop in global prices during today’s trading session.
The price of gold per tola in Pakistan fell by Rs. 4,400 to Rs. 471,762, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems & Jewelers Association.
Similarly, prices of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs. 3,773 to stand at Rs. 404,459.
On the other hand, gold prices dropped by $44 to reach $4,494 per ounce in the global markets.
However, silver prices managed to regain their ground. The precious metal appreciated by Rs. 46 to reach Rs. 8,059 per tola on Monday.
