ISLAMABAD: The price of gold in the global and local markets also recorded a decline today.
The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market fell by $10 to $3,970.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, after the decline in the global market, the price of gold per tola in the country also decreased by Rs1,000, after which gold per tola became Rs419,362.
In addition, gold per ten grams became cheaper by Rs857, bringing the new price to Rs359,535.
It should be noted that a major decline of Rs3,500 was recorded in the price of gold per tola yesterday as well.
