ISLAMABAD: Due to the improvement in the geopolitical situation in the global and local gold markets, the prices of gold and silver have seen a sharp decline.
The price of 24-karat gold in the local market decreased by Rs 800, after which the price per tola reached Rs 505,562. The price of ten grams of gold also decreased by Rs 686 and reached Rs 433,437.
The price of silver has also decreased and the price per tola has decreased by Rs 30 to Rs 9,904.
The price of gold has also seen a decline in the global market. Gold has become cheaper by $ 8 per ounce to $ 4,832, while the overall decrease in prices in the global and local markets is being attributed to the improvement in the geopolitical situation and a decrease in global demand.
