Gold, silver prices drop sharply in global market

ISLAMABAD: Gold prices in Pakistan jumped to an all-time high mid-week, amid a strong rally in the international bullion market. 24-karat gold surging to an ALL-TIME HIGH of Rs 506,362 per tola, marking an unbelievable single-day rise of Rs 12,700.

The price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams surged to Rs 434,123, jumping by Rs 10,888 in just one day, pushing the market into a new era of record-breaking valuations.
