KARACHI: The Sindh government has fixed the price of flour, a notification of which has been issued.
The government has fixed the retail price of flour per kilogram at Rs 107, while a 10 kg bag of flour is Rs 1070. The ex-mill price of flour per kilogram will be Rs 104, while a 10 kg bag will be Rs 1040.
The fixed prices will be effective immediately.
In other provinces, the price of flour is between Rs 142 and 160. In Punjab, flour is being sold between Rs 142 and 145 per kilogram.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, flour is being sold up to Rs 160 per kilogram, while in Quetta this price is up to Rs 150.
