KARACHI: The Sindh government has decided to allow the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold a rally at the Bagh Jinnah Ground.
Provincial Minister Nasir Shah said that Chief Minister KP Sohail Afridi will be warmly welcomed in Sindh, and he can also continue his political activities.
He made it clear that the peaceful political struggle of PTI or any party cannot be stopped.
Nasir Shah said that if the law is violated during any political activity, problems may arise, but there is no ban on the rally.
He further said that applications for a rally have also been given in Korangi and South Zone and they are being given permission as per the law.
He said that talks are ongoing with the PTI leadership and all legal requirements will be fulfilled for the rally in Karachi.
Nasir Shah said that permission for the PTI to hold a rally is being given completely within the ambit of the law so that political parties can continue their public relations and activities according to their agenda.
