ISLAMABAD: Pakistanis can now be paid up to $50,000 for jailbreaking ChatGPT by 75 percent. In a significant step, OpenAI has upgraded its GPT-5.5 Bio Bug Bounty to a full private bug bounty program.
Researchers from across the world, including Pakistan, can now apply to the OpenAI Bio Bounty Program to test out OpenAI’s frontier AI model security, with plans to expand it to its advanced frontier models.
Participants are on a quest to test OpenAI’s frontier models and secure them by finding a universal jailbreak to disable the bio-safety measures.
Those that manage to find a universal jailbreak for GPT-5.5 and/or GPT-5.6 will be rewarded up to $50,000. Small additional amounts may be offered for findings that prove partial effectiveness.

“We have determined that OpenAI has been using stolen Apple property to help build its product,” Apple stated in the lawsuit.
The tech companies’ relationships have already suffered due to escalating competition over talent and proprietary technology as they compete in a frantic race to produce the next generation of AI-powered products.
The company is currently valued at roughly $852 billion and aims to go public by 2026.
