Petrol and diesel prices increased once again in India

MUMBAI: A notification of petroleum product prices has been issued in Pakistan, petrol and diesel have become more expensive in India.

Due to fluctuations in crude oil prices, petrol and diesel prices have increased further in India, prices have been increased for the third time this month.

Indian state-owned oil companies say that the new price per liter of petrol has increased by 87 paise in New Delhi.

The new price per liter of diesel has increased by 91 paise to Rs 92.49. On the other hand, a notification of changes in the prices of petroleum products has been issued in Pakistan, in which petrol and diesel have become cheaper.

Pakistan Govt reduces petrol prices for next week

The government of Pakistan has reduced the petrol price by Rs6 per litre, according to the Ministry of Petroleum, offering relief to consumers amid ongoing inflationary pressure.

According to the official notification, the revised petrol price will come into effect from midnight as part of the latest weekly fuel adjustment mechanism.

The diesel rate has also been reduced by Rs6.80 per litre, easing transportation and logistics costs across the country.

Officials confirmed that the new fuel pricing structure will remain valid for one week, after which fresh revisions will be announced in the next review cycle.

Under the latest notification, the petrol price has been set at Rs403.78 per litre, while the high-speed diesel rate has been fixed at Rs402.78 per litre.
