ISLAMABAD – Petrol and diesel prices will increase in April 2024 due to the increase in global oil prices and the government’s plan to increase taxes on all POL.
After the new shock of more than Rs 9 per liter, the people of Pakistan will be worried once again. Sources familiar with the development claimed that petrol prices would go up to Rs 8 per liter.
With the expected increase in fuel prices, the price of petrol will increase to Rs 298 per liter from April 16, which is currently Rs 289.40 per liter.

It has been learned that diesel will also be expensive by about Rs 2 per liter. The new price will be around Rs 284.24 per liter, up from the old rate of Rs 282.
Unofficial reports have claimed that the Pakistani government is planning to increase petrol prices due to the devaluation of the rupee and the tense geopolitical situation in the Middle East.
