KARACHI: The improvement in the portal for matriculation examinations has removed the obstacles faced in obtaining admit cards and so far 85 percent of the candidates have downloaded their admit cards.
According to details, the process of obtaining admit cards is being completed rapidly after the extension of the annual examination date under the Matriculation Board Karachi.
According to the latest data, 85 percent of the candidates’ admit cards have been downloaded so far.
Before the examinations, the old server and portal of the Matriculation Board had become a major problem for the candidates and the school administration. However, now the improvement in the portal has removed the obstacles faced in obtaining admit cards.
In addition to private and government schools, private candidates have also been issued admit cards from the board office.
Matriculation Board spokesperson MA Jafri said that the decision to reschedule the exams has been taken purely in the larger interest of the students so that they can complete their preparations peacefully. The annual exams will be held at the pre-arranged centers, which have not been changed.
Candidates and school representatives who came to the board office to obtain admit cards had to wait for hours. Although the board had arranged tents for the candidates, frequent trips to the board office from far away in the era of rising inflation also caused a financial burden for students and parents.
