MULTAN: Muhammad Ahmed, the son of a rickshaw driver, secured first position in the Arts group by securing 1161 marks in the annual exams, showcasing that with hard work and dedication, excellent results can be achieved even with limited resources.
Muhammad Ahmed hails from a village in Burewala, taking his exams from Madrasa Jamia Hanafia and secured first position in the Arts group in the annual matriculation examinations by securing 1161 marks.
The father of the position holder is a rickshaw driver, and he wanted his son to study hard and make a bright future.
Muhammad Ahmed, who won first place in the Arts group, says, “My father drives a rickshaw, and I come from a poor family, but he not only helped me out financially but also gave me a lot of encouragement.”
Muhammad Ahmed’s father, Muhammad Afzal, says, “I drive a rickshaw and am illiterate, but I want my child to be educated. Today, I am very happy that my child is educated.”
Earlier, Lahore Board has announced the matric exam paper rechecking schedule. Applicants can get their papers rechecked until August 8, and the applications will be received online. Candidates can apply from the comfort of their homes.
A Rs. 1,200 fee will be charged for the rechecking of every paper. But if during the rechecking process any marking mistake is found, the fee for rechecking will be returned to the candidate.
Earlier, all nine boards of BISE announced the results of class 10th, or Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-II annual examinations 2025, held earlier in March.
The education boards across Punjab have released the matric result 2025 today, July 24.
Students can check their 2025 Class 10 results through the official gazettes published by BISE Lahore and other boards soon.
