BEIJING: China opposed the US and Israeli attacks on Iran and demanded an immediate halt to the attacks.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that this war should not have happened, the use of force is not the solution to the problem, and the plan to change the regime in Iran did not gain popularity.

China emphasized respect for the security and sovereignty of Iran and the Gulf countries, saying that the war should be prevented from spreading and that major countries should play a constructive role.

At the same time, China opposed the attacks on Iran and demanded an immediate halt to the attacks.

It should be noted that earlier, Russia had also condemned the US and Israeli attacks on Iran and demanded an immediate halt to the attacks.
