ISLAMABAD: It’s no secret that quality sleep is important for good health, and now, a new study has found that bedtime is also important for improving heart health.

The study, published in the European Heart Journal Digital Health, looked at the relationship between bedtime and heart disease.

For this purpose, the study analyzed sleep data from 88,000 adults from the United Kingdom. Data on the time of sleep and wakefulness of these people for a week was collected through a tracker.

The researchers also collected health and other data from these people through questionnaires and other tests.

Later, the health of these people was evaluated for about 6 years, and then it was seen how many people were diagnosed with heart disease, including heart attack, stroke, heart failure, or others.

The study found that a specific bedtime can help reduce the risk of heart disease, including heart attack.

According to research, people who are accustomed to sleeping between 10 and 11 pm have a reduced risk of heart disease.

In contrast, people who sleep after 11 pm have an increased risk of heart disease.

Sleeping after midnight or later increases the risk of heart disease by 25%.

The researchers admitted that these results are not yet solid and more research is needed to confirm them.

They said that we could not prove the relationship between bedtime and heart disease, but the results indicate that sleeping too early or too late affects the body’s clock functions and increases the risk of heart disease.

They said that research indicates that there is also an ideal time to sleep that is consistent with the body’s internal clock.
