Asad Qaiser granted bail in corruption case

The court approved the bail of Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser and ordered him to submit a bond of 80 thousand rupees.

Anti-corruption court judge Babar Ali Khan heard Asad Qaiser’s bail plea.

Anti-corruption officials said that Asad Qaiser is accused of corruption.

Later, the court granted bail to Asad Qaiser and ordered him to submit a bond of 80,000.

It should be noted that Asad Qaiser was arrested from Islamabad a few days ago, he is accused of corruption in the purchase of medical equipment for Gaju Khan Medical College, Swabi.

He is currently in jail on 14-day judicial remand.
