The hearing was adjourned on behalf of Asad Qaiser’s lawyer against sending him to jail on judicial remand in the Islamabad High Court.

A hearing was held on Asad Qaiser’s plea against sending him to jail on judicial remand, Islamabad High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the case.
It was plead by the junior counsel that the hearing should be adjourned as Barrister Gauhar is out of the city.
The court granted the plea and adjourned the hearing till November 19.
Asad Qaiser was arrested in the case filed in Anti-Corruption Swabi, Sessions Court Islamabad sent Asad Qaiser to jail on judicial remand.
