CM KP Sohail Afridi named in May 9 Radio Pakistan Attack Case

PESHAWAR:- Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Sohail Afridi has been nominated in the May 9 Radio Pakistan attack case.

According to a private TV channel, the Peshawar Anti-Terrorism Court heard the May 9 Radio Pakistan attack case. The investigation officer submitted the challan of the May 9 radio attack case to the court.

CM KP Sohail Afridi was nominated in the Radio Pakistan attack case. Former provincial ministers Taimur Saleem Jhagra, Irfan Saleem and Aamir Chamkani were also nominated.

The investigation officer said that the accused were nominated on the basis of the Punjab Forensic Lab and Nadar report. I am submitting the challan for the record. The prosecutor is not taking the challan. The Anti-Terrorism Court has summoned the Special Public Prosecutor.
