Most of the districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, are likely to experience heavy rain, while snowfall is expected in the hilly areas.
According to the officials of Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Peshawar, while in most districts of the province, rain is expected in some places.
There is also a possibility of rain in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad and Balakot, Mardan, Nowshera, Haripur, Peshawar, Kohat, Kurram and Bannu, while in Waziristan, rain with blinding, strong winds and thundershowers is expected.
Snowfall in some hilly areas of the province are also expected, on the other hand, rain has increased the intensity of cold in various cities of Punjab including Lahore.
The minimum temperature of the city dropped below 15 degrees Celsius, due to the rain, the smog over Lahore also decreased, the average rate of smog in the city was recorded at 192 last days.
