In a brief verdict, Peshawar High Court (PHC) dismissed the Sunni Ittehad Council petition regarding reserved seats on Thursday.
PHC’s five-member larger bench headed by Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim including Justice Ejaz Anwar, Justice S M Atiq Shah, Justice Shakeel Ahmed, and Syed Arshad Ali conducted the hearing.
