Peshawar High Court dismisses SIC plea of reserved seats

In a brief verdict, Peshawar High Court (PHC) dismissed the Sunni Ittehad Council petition regarding reserved seats on Thursday.

PHC’s five-member larger bench headed by Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim including Justice Ejaz Anwar, Justice S M Atiq Shah, Justice Shakeel Ahmed, and Syed Arshad Ali conducted the hearing.

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) lawyer Sikandar Mohmand and Sunni Ittehad Council lawyer Barrister Ali Zafar reached Peshawar High Court.
