Punjab Police required to record Every Raid on Video; IGP

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. Usman Anwar, has directed the Punjab police to record every raid on camera. Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Chief Minister of Punjab, gave the order to the IGP. Anwar instructed the police officers to record recordings on their cellphones in the event that body cameras were not available.

In addition, the police are mandated to guarantee that the First Information Report (FIR) is registered as soon as possible. And the cops have to make sure they never overreach wherever they are.
