Pakistani actress Mariyam Nafees gives birth to baby boy

ISLAMABAD: Mariyam Nafees, a renowned Pakistani actress, and her husband Amaan Ahmed have welcomed a baby boy, Syed Eesa Amaan Ahmed.

The actor of Yaqeen Ka Safar confirmed this joyous news on Instagram by including a carousel of photos of the baby and the happy parents.

Mariyam said in a heartfelt message that Eesa has made their world so much more handsome. Mariyam requested her fans to keep them in their prayers and they will do the same for others too.

She also prayed for all the women trying to conceive and wished them a baby soon. It is delightful news that artists and fans took it positively and showered them with Drop messages.

Veteran actor Hina Bayat and actress Rabab Hashim were among those who offered warm wishes and prayers for the family’s well-being. Fans were also quick to notice the striking resemblance between Mariyam and her son.

Some even commented that Eesa looks like his mother and has taken her nose. Mariyam, in an earlier interview, criticized the cultural norm of keeping pregnancy private and sharing the journey with fans instead.

She said that one should feel happy and proud that they are expecting, through this they can share their pregnancy with the people who want to see them happy.
