Imran Khan Eid ul Fitr Prayer remained a key topic as the former prime minister did not offer Eid prayer this year.

Across Pakistan, Eid ul Fitr was celebrated with religious devotion. Special prayers were held in mosques and open grounds in many cities.

According to jail sources, Eid prayers were also arranged inside Adiala Jail. Ordinary prisoners offered Eid prayer at the jail mosque and Imambargah.

However, Imran Khan could not join the Eid congregation. Sources said this was due to security reasons. He stayed inside his cell during the prayer time.

Officials further shared that there is a possibility Imran Khan may speak with his children on the phone today. A meeting with Bushra Bibi is also expected.

Eid ul Fitr is being observed across the country with respect and spiritual spirit, even in restricted environments like prisons.
