ISLAMABAD: Bushra Bibi’s sister, Maryam Riaz Wattoo, has claimed that Bushra Bibi is also being kept in solitary confinement at Adiala Jail.
In a statement posted on the social media platform X, Maryam Riaz Wattoo said that more than eight weeks have passed, yet family members and lawyers are not being allowed to meet Bushra Bibi.
She questioned whether protesters outside Adiala Jail need to be reminded that Bushra Bibi is also facing solitary confinement inside the prison.
In another post, Maryam Riaz Wattoo further alleged that, in the current situation, fake cases are being pursued against Bushra Bibi and PTI founder Imran Khan, using the May 9 incidents as justification.
