CM Maryam Nawaz delivers Ramadan relief funds to 25 million

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz says that relief funds have been delivered to about 25 million people under the Nighaban Ramadan Package.

The Punjab Chief Minister says that a new record of public service has been set in the province under the Nighaban Ramadan Package 2026 and thanks Allah Almighty for fulfilling the promise of not leaving anyone alone in these moments of joy.

Maryam Nawaz said that for the first time, relief funds were delivered to the people at their doorsteps with respect and dignity, while about 25 million people were provided financial assistance under this package.

The Punjab Chief Minister said that under the “Tell Maryam” program, 45,000 families were given Rs. 10,000, while 4 million fasting people broke their fast at 422 Nighaban tables across the province.

She added that more than 550,000 citizens shopped daily in 75 Ramadan bazaars.
