5-year-old boy falls victim to brutal rape, murder

FAISALBAD: A heart-wrenching incident has shaken the city of Faisalabad, particularly in Punjab’s Tandlianwala area where a five-year-old boy was allegedly subjected to a horrific crime, being sexually assaulted and murdered by unidentified individuals.

The incident, reportedly, took place in the Bahlak area of Dhansingh Pindi Sheikh Musa. According to police sources, Waqas and three presence of mind accomplices picked up the child and took him to the fields, where the four of them committed this ghastly crime.

After the brutal assault which culminated in his murder, they fled the scene of the crime. The police arrived on the scene soon after, collected evidence, and then sent the child’s body back to his family after completing formalities.

City Police Officer (CPO) DIG Kamran Adil promptly formed a team headed by SP Saddar Division to arrest the culprits responsible. CPO promised the aggrieved family of prompt action in bringing the perpetrators to justice.

This atrocity acts as a reminder of the society’s urgency to become vigilant and take serious measures in the protection of children against such ghastly crimes.
