Election commission of Sindh releases two months’ additional salaries

KARACHI: Two months of additional salaries have been released to the officers and employees of the Election Commission of Sindh.

According to sources, a total of more than Rs 49.86 million has been allocated for additional salaries. Rs 11.43 million has been released for the head office of the Election Commission of Sindh, while drivers and deputy messengers will be given three additional salaries.

Funds have also been provided for regional offices. Rs 1.57 million has been released for the Hyderabad Regional Office, Rs 1.47 million for the Sukkur Regional Office, Rs 1.27 million for the Karachi Regional Office and Rs 1.57 million for the Larkana Regional Office.

The payment of additional salaries will meet the financial needs of the employees in a timely manner and the election arrangements across the province will be further strengthened and organized.
