ISLAMABAD: Flair International hosted its Portugal Immigration & Investment Seminar in Islamabad, bringing together leading Portuguese legal, investment, and real estate experts to brief Pakistani investors on secure pathways to European residency and long-term mobility.
With global migration on the rise, over 92 million people are expected to relocate internationally in 2024, making Portugal a preferred destination for families seeking stability, world-class education, safety, and a strong investment environment. Applications for residency and citizenship programs increased by 35% last year, reflecting growing demand across emerging markets, including Pakistan.
Founding partners of Legal Legacy Law Firm, Adriana Spanholi and Mariana Vaz Marques, provided insights into Portugal’s Golden Visa (fund route), the D7 Passive Income Visa, and the D2 Entrepreneur Visa. They highlighted Portugal’s ranking as the 7th safest country globally, minimal stay requirements, and a clear five-year pathway to citizenship.
Representatives from Lince Capital, a CMVM-regulated fund manager with over €600 million AUM, shared Golden Visa–eligible investment funds offering stable returns between 5% and 20%. Kastelo Capital presented high-yield, land-backed, and asset-backed real estate opportunities in Lisbon and Almada, structured through secure, regulated vehicles.
FS Lisbon (FS Serviços) outlined comprehensive relocation support for Pakistani families, including NIF registration, banking, school admissions, healthcare access, property search, and post-acquisition management.
Speaking at the event, Warda Nasir, Senior Consultant at Flair International Pvt. Limited, noted: “These residency programs offer Pakistani families access to global education, healthcare, and professional opportunities, creating long-term financial security and a future that extends beyond borders.”
The event received a strong turnout from Islamabad’s business, financial, and real estate communities. Participants appreciated the opportunity to engage directly with top Portuguese experts and gain clarity on investment structures, immigration requirements, and long-term residency planning.
Flair International Pvt. Limited announced upcoming one-on-one consultation sessions in Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Lahore as well as plans to expand similar seminars to Karachi and the UAE.
