ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a new feature to enable citizens to book appointments for NADRA center services nationwide through the Pak ID mobile app.
This new system will minimize long queues and waiting times, ensuring a more effective and convenient experience.
Now, individuals can make their bookings from their homes in the most convenient way possible.
To facilitate easy processing, NADRA recommends that customers reach the center 10 minutes before their appointment time, allowing for priority processing.
NADRA delivers a broad spectrum of services to establish the status and identity of citizens. Its major services include the issuance of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), Child Registration Certificates (CRCs), and the ease of family registrations.
NADRA is also at the center of issuing passports, overseas Pakistanis’ national identity cards, and the registration of voters.
By means of its pioneering online platforms, NADRA is striving to extend these services to the masses of Pakistan.
