LAHORE: The Punjab government established a cash withdrawal system, which enables Mazdoor Rashan Card holders to withdraw 10000 rupees.

The program provides essential assistance to 1.2 million registered workers who reside in the entire province. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif established the program as part of her worker welfare initiative, which provides support to low-income families whose expenditures rise with inflation.

The Mazdoor Rashan Card system permits workers to purchase essential food items, which include flour, sugar, pulses, ghee, and rice, at discounted rates from certified utility stores and partner shops.

The Mazdoor Rashan Card system now permits users to obtain 10,000 rupees in cash from approved retail outlets, which they can reach without visiting banks or ATMs.

The new Rs 10,000 cash withdrawal option, which officials introduced through the Mazdoor Rashan Card system, will help daily wage workers who encounter difficulties with normal banking methods.

The government has distributed approximately 1.2 million Mazdoor Rashan Cards to qualified workers throughout Punjab. The Punjab government intends to improve social security programs through the Mazdoor Rashan Card system, which provides both ration distribution and direct cash assistance to eligible recipients.

The program delivers financial assistance to workers while improving the efficiency of relief distribution operations that take place at community centers.
