How to protect yourself from e-Challan scams sent via SMS

ISLAMABAD: The City Traffic Authorities Kare Street Warning People who live in the city that official e-Challan messages exist only to be sent through the 9915 number.

The e-Challan SMS you receive from any other number should make you suspicious because it might be a counterfeit message. You should call 15 without delay to handle all emergency and verification needs.

Authorities provide this statement to the public: “Your awareness is your protection.” People should confirm message authenticity while keeping their personal details private and refusing to use unofficial payment methods.

The Safe City e-Challan SMS will always originate from the 9915 number. For all e-Challan-related questions, please contact the emergency number 15.
