Islamabad High Court announces summer holidays

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has announced summer vacation for its employees amid rising temperatures in the federal capital.

In an official notification by the registrar’s office, it has been confirmed that the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court has approved the summer vacation from July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026.

It has been confirmed in the notification that the summer vacation will continue for the duration of two months, including both the starting and ending dates of the vacation.

The notification was issued on June 17, 2026, and will be published in the Gazette of Pakistan.
