JUI-F MNA Noor Alam Khan’s CNIC revoked — here’s why

ISLAMABAD: JUI-F Member of National Assembly Noor Alam Khan has revealed in the National Assembly that NADRA has cancelled his identity card, and his bank accounts have also been frozen.

Noor Alam Khan stated that NADRA did not block his identity card, but rather cancelled it, after which he was informed that this step was taken in mistake.

He further stated that Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) wrote a letter, after which NADRA cancelled his identity card; as a result, his bank card and credit card were also blocked.

The Speaker asked what allegations SNGPL had made against him, to which Noor Alam Khan said that the issue was related to the bills of 2022-23, and the then authorities got angry and sent his name to the court.

However, he said that neither the house was in his name nor the meter, but still his identity card was cancelled.
